These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ViralForge AI (the "Service"), operated by [Company legal name], [registered address] ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ViralForge AI generates videos from text prompts using artificial intelligence, prepares YouTube metadata, and, when you connect a YouTube channel, publishes videos to that channel on your instruction and reports channel and video statistics.

2. YouTube API Services

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google Privacy Policy and our Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access at any time from Google security settings or from the Channels page.

3. Accounts: one person, one account

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract.
  • Each person may hold only one account. Creating additional accounts, including to obtain extra free trial credits, is prohibited. To enforce this we use signals such as your normalized email address, device and browser characteristics, IP address, payment card fingerprints and connected YouTube channel IDs, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend or merge duplicate accounts and remove credits obtained through them.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure.

4. Credits, subscriptions and payments

  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
  • Plans include a number of Short and Long video credits per billing month. Subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly credit period unless rollover is stated for your plan. Top-up credits do not expire while your account is active.
  • A credit is consumed when a video renders successfully. If generation fails, the credit is returned automatically.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Your content and responsibilities

  • You own the prompts you submit and, to the extent permitted by law, the videos generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process, store and transmit them to provide the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for the content you publish, including compliance with the YouTube Community Guidelines, copyright law and advertising rules.
  • AI output can be inaccurate. Review scripts for factual accuracy before publishing, especially for news, health, finance or legal topics.
  • Where a video contains realistic altered or synthetic content, YouTube requires disclosure. The Service sets this disclosure by default; you must not remove it where it applies.

6. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse prompts, block videos or suspend accounts that violate it.

7. No guarantee of results

We optimize videos and metadata using best practices, but we do not guarantee any number of views, subscribers, revenue or YouTube Partner Program eligibility. The Service never purchases or simulates views, likes or subscribers.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. YouTube API quotas and third-party AI providers may limit or delay generation or publishing. We may change features or these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, unused credits are forfeited except where a refund is required by law.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, channel strikes or demonetization.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [venue], unless mandatory consumer law gives you other rights.
